"Had an RV emergency involving a collapsed black tank which drained into the underbelly of the camper. Only noticed as the underbelly was hanging low and on inspection was completely full of water (and other stuff). Black tank wouldn't drain, any attempt just added more under the camper etc. Disaster - how do we even get home given the underbelly is now hanging so low it's touching the axle. Called RVEE at around 10.00pm expecting voice-mail. Call was picked up, details taken and a text message sent immediately that they be with me between 1.00 and 2.00pm the following day. They arrived at 1.30 after getting a message they were enroute. Three man team immediately got to work, kept me updated and fixed the issue, meaning I get to stay on vacation. Excellent crew, excellent job (a life saver really) and didn't miss a beat working to get everything squared away. Can't recommend highly enough. If you're in Pigeon Ford/Gatlinburg and need RV tech services, this outfit is superb."
