"Long time patient, along with my family. Cleanings are being scheduled one year out routinely but that’s not what moved me to leave this review. Our 2.5 year old daughter fell and hit her tooth on the floor and it moved. We brought her into the office to have a dentist look at it urgently and the patient in the office showed more sympathy than the front desk staff. We were turned away and offered an appointment “later in the week” instead. We were told they’re an “appointments only” office. Well my and my family’s next appointments will all be elsewhere. Oh by the way - the staff at My Town’s Little Dentist was fantastically accommodating, sympathetic, and kind and took great care of our daughter in a stressful moment. Bring your kids there instead."

"Dr.Weiss is a compassionate, painless, professional! I've been a patient for many years and I trust her to do whatever is necessary to keep my smile! The staff is excellent, as well. I had the pleasure of meeting her assistant Johanna last week. Johanna went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I am so appreciative of her efforts. I highly recommend this practice ."

"Been going to this office for about 12 years. They’re a bare bones office which doesn’t bother me because they’re honest and do the job well. My issue is with the staff. They have all new desk people since the pandemic and they’re very rude and unprofessional. Ask for the woman in billing because she’s nice and has been there for many years. Front desk is clueless and will try to schedule you for an exam in 3 months if you say a tooth is bothering you. And won’t send your referrals for a root canal, so triple check to make sure it’s done ahead of time. Otherwise I love the dentists and they’re the only ones I feel comfortable with. It’s the only reason why I stay."

"I called to make an appointment as I was referred by another patient who has gone there for years,spoke very highly of them,but when I called the young lady who answered my call was very rude and obnoxious talking to me like I didn't understand her when I asked to make an appointment to have a tooth looked at she said in a nasty tone well you need to have an exam first and she made me feel uncomfortable she was talking to me in a rude manner and then I asked to speak to the office manager, she then proceeded to say well I'm the office manager. Save yourself and go elsewhere this young lady is an unfit manager Very unprofessional"
