He went above and beyond when he came to fix the unit. His price was very fair and only charged to change the sensor which was under warranty. His son and uncle changed the sensor and they were also excellent. I highly recommend them."

"The only local AC guy in the Lenoir area that I could get to answer my phone call. I needed to actually speak with someone directly. I was in need of an emergency AC repair for my elderly handicapped father. Within a couple of hours of calling, he was there to do the job. Took no time to figure out the problem and have dads AC up and running again. I’m not sure of the going rate for the repair work actually done ( I didn’t shop around ) but Dad and I both feel that the amount charged was more than reasonable and affordable, even for a man on a fixed income. Will definitely be doing business with them again. Thanks again!"
