But once I found YU family dentistry of Medford and the FANTASTIC Dr Lou I no longer dreaded going. There was much work done in my mouth because I had pushed it off not being able to find good dentist and the work was completed over the course of 2 yrs. I have had no failed work and my mouth feels unbelievable! There is no much wait time…They make sure to discuss everything that is and it not covered by my insurance prior to your procedure. DR Lou discussed with me my options and make sure I understood fully what needed to be done. He was very gentle and make sure I comfortable at all times as do the hygienist. All staff is professional, friendly and caring! All in all a great experience ! I have recommended them to many of my own family and friend."

"Beautiful, bright, clean office! Taken in at my appointment time, x-rays first, then an exquisite cleaning by Carmen the hygienist, she was wonderful, professional and informative. Gave me a list of products to grab after my appointment to keep up my fresh start after my cleaning. I was afraid of going to the dentist after many years, but this experience was wonderful. The Dentist finally came in after my cleaning gave me a thorough examination, some advice, advised me to come back in 6 months for another maintenance cleaning to keep up my progress and that we would go from there! I am so happy with my visit, the care they took with me was amazing, I was given great instructions for upkeep, looking forward to my next visit. Would highly recommend this office!"
