The Smilist Dental Medford

"Went to the smilist in Medford for first time. Place is very clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I saw Jessica for a cleaning. She was gentle. Did a great job. I saw Dr Yang for an exam. She was very thorough. She told me exactly what treatment plan i needed. It was an overall great experience Lou Went today for couple fillings and crowns. Dr Yang was great and her assistant was wonderful. They were both caring and asking how I was feeling. They didn't rush at all. Overall good experience."

"My wife and I came here for a few visits. We’ve been to other dentist over the years and have finally found a great place that has superb dentist and a billing department that is honest and transparent. Dr. Yumee Yang does great work and the whole team is a pleasure to be around. They also have an orthodontist and several other dentist. I was able to get three fillings done in one day and on short notice. This place was recommended to me and I would recommend them to everyone."

"When I walked in the office was very very nice. Nice place to sit nice people to talk to receptionist was very good. Did not have to sit and wait for longer than five minutes and was brought into a very beautiful dental chair very comfortable, and the hygienist was very, very pleasant Explaining everything. The dentist was great. He explained everything that had to be done and was able to get the bookkeeper to come in after finding out how much my insurance would cover and finding that my out-of-pocket expense was not going to be as bad as I thought it was going to be . When I walked out of that office, I had a temporary cap on a broken tooth an appointment. To come back in three weeks for the permanent cap. This has been actually the third Dentist I’ve gone to since I moved to New York, and this one made me feel very comfortable. Most of all I did not feel like I was getting ripped off like the other Dentist Made me feel . When my First dentist Retired, he recommended another dentist, to which I went, and was not at all satisfied with them. Seemed like they didn’t give a damn. The Smilist is very pleasant. Made me feel like I was a friend treated me with respect and care and when you’re a senior citizen that means an awful lot. Looking forward to my next appointment."

"Had some tooth pain tonight around 6:50pm. The friendly receptionist was so accommodating and was able to get me an appointment immediately. I arrived, within 5 minutes x rays were taken, the doctor came in, my insurance was verified and they were able to complete the fillings needed to relieve my pain. At the end of the appointment the front staff was so friendly, and welcoming. Even at the end of a busy day. (I was there at closing time) I suffer from severe dental anxiety and the dentist and assistant were kind, and accommodating. It was a pain free, pleasant experience. I can safely say found my new dentist and will be recommending friends and family to this practice."
