And Dr. Su is always cheerful, patient and gentle to his patients. My son feels comfortable going to the practice and Dr. Su will have small talks with my son to make him feel relaxed. My son’s situation is a little complicated, Dr. Su explains each step and status to us clearly, and makes sure we understand so we know what to expect. There won’t be anything we would miss because he would provide all the details and is willing to answer all the questions we have. He is such a caring, professional, patient and knowledgeable doctor. "Our child felt very comfortable at the practice since the day we went for consultation. Dr. Su and the team took time explaining details and answering all our big and small questions at the consultation and even afterwards regardless via phone or email. On the first treatment day our child wasn't scared and didn't scream nor complain during the process.
