"If you value your time avoid this dentist practice. You will spend countless hours dealing with billing issues. Revising my 5 star review due to changes at this dentistry practice. Ever since they sold the business things have not changed for the better. There have been more billing mistakes and first time with a new hygienists was painful. They also have a new dentist who seemed unknowledgeable and wasn't unable to answer my hygiene questions. Then I called to speak with them about the billing mistake and they were unable to help due to computer system issues. Downgrading again to 1 star from 3. A year later they continue to have issues with billing both my wife and I incorrectly. The staff is incompetent to the point I will now find a new dentist."

"Incredibly responsive and accommodating! My mother broke her center front tooth. It broke at the gum line and gave her the goofiest smile. We were anxious to see a dentist quickly. My mother recently moved to Rye and so hasn’t seen a local dentist yet. I called the office on a Friday and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was told that the doctor would squeeze her in on Saturday. Dr. Avrutin took time with my 85-year old mother and we couldn’t be happier with the care and the service we were given. I was so impressed with the quality service given to a brand new patient."
