"Id give this review a negarive 10 if Icould. Rude staff at the 468 Fulton street location. I came into the store asking about left over pairs of a shoe that just released as I was informed by a sales associate that there weren't any left, however I saw a pair on a counter unclaimed. I had asked whose pair is that as the sales associate proceeded to respond,"Not yours" with a stank attitude. I asked the sales lady if she speaks to everyone like that that asks for something. She litterally ran behind the counter helping another customer. The manager Josh intervened asking what occured. I stated what happened. He simply shrugged his shoulders as if it was ok as his body language and non verbals spoke for itself where he condones this behavior. Heated in the moment, I began to leave the store, upon leaving Josh made a comment about me aggressive wanting to know my issue, again. I had stated my issue already as if telling him theb problem twice would solve anything. Josh did not have any resolve or care in the world to address with his staff . He refused to give the name of the rude employee. He did not reveal the little muskrat's name. So Josh as a terrible leader you will now take the heat on this complaint. Do not shop here as they do not value ethics of customer service and respect towards their customers. Don't let them talk to you however they want."

"This store did not have as much as I expected. Judging from the fact that I was the only customer in the store, I am not alone in that thought. There were more products at a different store than here. I expected a larger stock of sizes, considering the limited amount styles and only one brand."

"Anytime I call this place , the workers are so rude, they seem to be annoyed at the fact that I’m calling to collect information to spend hard earned money at there store. Don’t get me started about going to the actual store either, EVERY EMPLOYEE THERE has a attitude , no one there ever is in a good mood. To be honest it’s there choice to work in retail so they should do it with a smile on there face."
