"I was in town visiting and in search of a haircut. I chose this shop based on the reviews and my choice was validated by the experience. Russ did a great job. I told him that I was in town visiting friends. A lot of barbers would have given me a quick cut knowing that I probably wouldn't be back. Russ was just the opposite. He was welcoming and took his time, treating me like a regular. That meant a great deal to me as a customer. I was also please to see that Russ and Brian had customers waiting for a cut. I don't trust a shop that doesn't have a few butts in seats waiting for a cut."
