"My experience was the same both times I came . I booked through the haircut app . I came in I spoke to the gentleman no response back just have a seat . He asked what I would like I said a bald fade . He was yanking my head side to side . Didn’t say ONE word to me the entire haircut . I had my hands on the hand rest , he told me move your hands that’s where my nuts go .…. Never in life would I imagine a new customer experience like this . I asked for a mirror to see the back of the cut he said they didn’t have one . I finish the haircut and proceed to pay and tip . No thank you or anything . I was disappointed because I tried to support a local black shop. I’m not from the area so I tried to find something close and was highly disappointed with the service and the lack of customer service ."

"They didn't really talk over the phone for anything so they told me to just come in, I did. But they messed my hair up bad and took forever just to mess it up. Over 45 minutes just to do my hair. Asked for a fade and got the smallest fade possible and barley touched the rest of my hair plus cut the rest so short when I asked for half to 1 inch off but took 3 nearly 4 inches off. Cut the line behind my ears really thick so it just looks terrible plus cut my hair line back for no reason. Didn't talk to me the whole time and kept me turned away from the mirror. Nor did he give me one at the shop."

"This place was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful! As a person of color I try and support all local black businesses and i encounter this establishment….I wanted a haircut based on what I what I wanted and they could not respect that. They wanted to do what they wanted. They pushed my hair back. When I asked for a mirror to see, they told me they didn’t have one (no in the shop had one, they couldn’t even look at me. While cutting my hair he kept pulling at my locs too. I’m will never be coming back to this establishment again, especially when they aren’t willing to listen to listen to their customers!"

"Ali gave me the best cut I’ve ever had. I was worried that he wouldn’t be able to work with my hair since it began falling out to my medication. My hair looks amazing. Thanks Ali."

"I have been getting haircuts here for over 10 years and all I can say is they are great. If you want a good laugh while your sitting their getting your hair cut, this is the place. Now I'm not going to say any names but I been to each and every individual barber in this shop, and only 2 of them are masters of skin fades and lining up in my opinion. Can you find which ones? Haha I'll give you a clue, their big. I never came here and didn't laugh or smile while I was getting my haircut, unless I had a bad day and was in a hurry to get out which was about one or 2 times, they clean their equipment and wipe your hairline/saved beard with clean paper towel and alcohol and spray you afterwards as well. Would definitely recommend them. One more thing, sometimes they play music and always got the TV on, TV is at reasonable volumes, as for the music, thats just according to the areas vibe. They have a good taste in music, blends of R&B,Rap, and Hip hop."
