"I called and briefly spoke with counselor Carla Lucia about booking a new patient appointment and she was probably the rudest person I have spoken to that I can remember. She was extremely dismissive, questioned me like I was dumb, interrupted me and quickly and abruptly told me she didn’t have time to help me and hung up. So much for counselors helping potential patients…I truly hope she isn’t this cold, rude and dismissive to her patients or I would leave the session in tears."
