"Attempted to obtain a quote for self pay and the gentleman seemed to have little to no interested in providing an estimate. I showed him the scuff I had on my bumper due to the fault of a parking garage and he said I can't get you an appraisal right now. I then asked if he could take pictures of the damage and email one to me and said there would be a cost and randomly throws out $100 and said he would credit me if the work was done with him. Being I needed 3 estimates how was I to know where his price would land? This shop was my 3rd stop for an estimate. Now I see why their lot was empty in comparison to the other shops. While I feel this was a 1 star interaction I gave it a 3 due to not knowing what the quality of work is. Trying to be fair."
