"Had a Gift Certificate from my husband - Unfortuneately I didnt notice the expiration date written on the back. It expired on 12/24/2012 and today is 01/17/2013. Yes, I should have noticed. I asked them to honor it and they told me no, so I lose. $50.00 down the drain. The sad part is that they could have earned a new client. Instead, they would prefer to cheat me out of my money. Doesn't anyone believe in customer service anymore? I will never go there."
