"Had such a wonderful experience at this salon! Kathy did such an amazing job with my haircut, making sure to spend extra time getting everything even and exactly how I wanted it. Best and most thorough haircut I have ever gotten!! Loved the hot towel treatment after my wash! Can’t wait to come back for my balayage and haircut next month!"

"I had the worst experience at this salon. Not only did the stylist not color my hair properly but it took her 3 hours to do so and I have a short hairstyle. My hair color came out to dark for the roots, she didn't bring the highlights all the way to the root, and my blonde highlights came out orange. I was there so long and had another engagement that I had to get to, so I couldn't even get my hair cut. This salon requires you to put a credit card on file, to even have an appointment. So I called to cancel my next appointment and when I did I was hung up on, when I stated that I didn't want to reschedule. So I called back to verify that the appointment was cancelled, since my card was on file and I was told that I would get an email confirmation. I never received the confirmation. This place is awful."

"New to the area and just got a cut and color. John is AMAZING! First - I love the way my hair looks. I made a poor color decision before we moved and John made it all better. :) But then there are the "extras". While waiting for my color to set John offered to give me a hand massage! What??? Needless to say the standard head massage with shampoo was excellent. It was a delightful experience. I have found my new hair stylist."

"Cathy has been doing my hair for years and I will never go to anyone else. She has made me all different colors of the rainbow and I am always happy with the result. Every time I come in it is welcoming and inviting and makes me feel like a very important customer. They are very professional and great at what they do. I wanted to update my review to add that I have gone back for additional services, specifically seeing John for massage services, and I am so satisfied that I’ve started going every month! John is so relaxing and thorough and always listens to my wants/needs and what I expect to get out of our session. He has also performed cupping on me which has relieved so much tension for me as I work out a lot and my body overall feels so much better since starting work with him. So thankful for all of these services!"
