"I had my new bike fitted here today....they spent close to 2 hours with me. Andrew and this shop are unbelievable. If you need anything done to you bike take it here. One of the employees was in the back working on someone's bike. I thought he owned it. The bike was spotless when he was done. The only way you will understand is if you go there yourself. Seriously SOLID!!"

"I took my Specialized mountain bike in to get the hydraulic disc brakes serviced. I received a voicemail days later saying it was done. I went in to pick it up days later and was told that the rotors needed to be cleaned with a solution the shop didn’t have in stock (rubbing alcohol). So I returned a full week later and was told I needed brake pads which they didn’t carry. Most shops would have called with that info and installed them knowing brake pads are essential. Poor customer service, bad communication skills, and snooty road bike vibes."
