"Do not go here if you can avoid it for a workman's comp claim. I had two separate employees receive bills for comp cases because the urgent care claims they never submitted the correct paperwork. I sent the employees with the policy and claim number in hand. Urgent care claims they mailed me the information when I asked where it was mailed it was some random address unaffiliated with us not even in the same county. It isn't like they are unfamiliar with our company they order from us once or twice a week. I provided the information over the phone and then the following month the employees again received a past due bill notice. I called again and was told they were never provided the information and that I should just pay it out of pocket for the employees! Betty was rude and condescending the entire time as I once again provided the information to her telling me the claims were to old to bill to workman's comp at this point. I had already spoken to workman's comp and they had confirmed that the cases were still open and could be used, but it's not the patients fault that you didn't collect any of the correct information that you needed even when it was given to you the moment they walked through the door. Also it isn't the patients responsibility that you didn't do your job and bill the insurance in a timely manor. It was amazing when the billing was actually submitted the claims were paid and I was finally able to close out the cases."

"Very dissatisfied with my experience from last week. Seemed very rushed and transactional. I came in on day 4 of a ruthless sinus and throat infection. The waiting room was filled with people who are contagiously ill and yet the spacing of seats are so close together that I probably left with a virus that I didn't come in with despite wearing a mask. The place overall is just super ghetto and uncleanly and I overheard the staff talking negatively about patients as they were in and out of rooms. When I finally got a room myself, I had already told the staff how I tested negative for covid a few days before with an at home test and that I already got my flu vaccine a month ago and that's all they tested me for. The first lady (I think she's an assistant) said she would come back with a strep test which is why I went to the urgent care in the first place as I explained to them how I catch strep often due to having issues with my tonsils but she never did come back for it. Then I saw the main provider in which she came in picking on my voice because it was so hoarse and then touched my face with no gloves on. Any time I would try to explain a symptom to her she would just cut me off and talk over me down-playing it. Once she returned with my negative covid and flu test, she rushed me out saying that it's "probably some virus" and recommended the basic over the counter treatments that I already told her haven't been working for me. I reminded her that I have chronic sinus and throat issues and she said "it's probably because you don't take care of yourself" which came off as extremely rude and inconsiderate because I guess she wasn't listening when I tried to tell her (before she cut me off) that I already see an ENT Specialist for it and I'm currently awaiting surgery because I have these infections so often and I'm just trying to get by in the meantime. She again recommended the same exact over the counter treatments and told me "the symptoms will be gone tomorrow" and then showed me to the door. Needless to say, I'm still sick a week later with worse symptoms because they failed to identify the infection so I don't have any treatment for it. This place was an absolute waste of time and money. I'll never be going back."

"After 3 years of not going to this urgent care for reasons .. I decided to try it again because my daughter had to be seen . And the doctors were amazing!!! Treated us very well! They were all polite . I thought we were gonna be there for a while because it was pretty packed! But we got in and out ! We will definitely be back when needed! Thank you so much!"
