"My doctor is amazing. I will start by saying that. However I keep getting text messages about bill increases that do not match my bill that I received in the mail. Which I'm aware of. When I try to call, even at #1 in their call queue, I have to wait a half hour on hold and still get no answer. When I tried to go for a walk in appointment, the last time, I was turned away and told that they don't do walk ins, even though their hold message on the phone advertises for walk in clinical services. I have not attempted this since. I requested time off from work, so I can go in, in person. To hopefully get an answer on Friday. I'd say that's not great service."

"Im only giving them a 1 star due to the massive headache it is just to get someone on the phone to make an appt. Which baffles me because any time I bring my child in to be seen, the multiple receptionist are doing nothing and will let the phone ring until it stops. There's no reason some one should have to sit on hold for over 20 mins to make a appt with their PCP."

"This office is a disaster. The receptionists are unintelligent, the doctors cancel appointments regularly, the billing situation is a mess, and worst of all they don’t act in good faith. After asking the receptionists to confirm that my appointments were with a dentist that was in network with my insurance, they scheduled my wife and I for check ups and cleanings. We arrived and went through the appointments, spoke to a dentist for about 90 seconds and then received bills for over $700 due to insurance not being accepted. Spent 6 months arguing with receptionists and personnel who basically told me too bad you’re on the hook. I pay $500 a month for good dental insurance and still got stuck with a bill. I obviously never would have gone if they didn’t lie to me and state that they were in network. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 20 minutes to a competent office."

"The one doctor, my family sees pretty nice. However it's frustrating. To make calls, it's a pain to get representative, to answer phone. Waited 20 minutes on hold. Then I got on list to not loose my place in line but let the office call me back. When they did. I wanted five minutes and no one picked up. So I hung up. I'd say poor front best help"

"The Pa's and Np's are extremely professional and nice caring and listen to their paitents there level of care is extremely high. ive also never had a problem with customer service. wait times can be slightly high as they are a small office but they try hard. im very satisfied with my experience."
