"called in to get some information but the woman who answered the phone came across very rude and told me she wasn't sure how long 3-4 inches is and I would need to come in to get a better idea. I don't think I would use this business even considering the prices.. Having ethnic natural hair is hard enough and for someone to come across as rude and unintelligent before even meeting can be a total turn off."

"I care more about the quality of work done and this salon does a great job at that. I can only speak for male hairstyles but I’m sure for both male and female hairstyles the quality of high. The price is a bit high but I felt it to be worth every penny as I have a thick full head of hair and doing it myself takes hours while here 2 hours for a lot of work. Very Efficient!!"

"I needed my hair done last minute and thankfully they took me in. The braids are neat. I asked for medium size broxbraids. The ladies were very nice. The problem is that they are very slow!!!! It took almost 8 hours to complete my hair. It usually takes 3-4hrs the most when I go to other salons. I was the only customer too. Overall they did an amazing job but if you have things to do expect not to get it done because you will be here all day!!!"

"I came here in a quick pinch because my normal stylist was not able to get me in. They got me right in without any problems and last minute. Everyone was friendly, however it took 4 hours to do a touch up on my box braids which only takes an hour and 1/2 TOPS ( where I normally go). After she was done they did not clean up the braids (trim) them for flyaway ect.. I actually stood in front of a mirror and started doing it myself and then they said that they would trim them. I have been getting my hair braided for 2+ years so I know the process and I was not happy with the length of time it took, the cleanliness of the store, and the braider seemed to be new or training. I will not be returning."

"Price was decent for two corn rolls but the lady complained that I have too much hair. My hair is natural and curly (3B-4A type). My hair was detangled so I was unsure why it was difficult for her to do my hair. She offered to straighten it and I didn't like that. Overall the hair style came out nice and the price was good."
