"I had my hair done by a woman named Shauna, I wanted a silk press after wearing braids for 2 years as a protective style after growing out my relaxer. She washed and condition my hair ( 4C) . Them put under the dryer for about 30 minutes. After that the painful process of drying my hair started with no softener of any kind then she use a hot comb which would have been fine if she added any oil to soften the (4c) hair the next hour was her ripping my hair with a hot comb on dry hair. when I asked if planned to use and any product she said I don't know your hair yet and it's best to do it dry ripping out my hair, It's been years since I had a press but this can't be the new technique. When I said it hurt she said trust the process she does have process and shoukd stop taking in clients with no skills. Additionally. after my head was burning from pain and she added oil to fry it with a flat iron it was straight. I don't know how long she has gotten away with this and calls herself a hairdresser, but I would not recommend and will never go back. by the way my head is in so much pain and I had to take Advil for pain. She was upset that I was in pain because of her poor treatment of me and my hair. This is an update because I have never had such a traumatizing experience with my hair and for the last two years I have gotten my hair braided which says alo and have never had so much pain. I should have looked at how she took care of her own hair. she has no edges and wears a cheap wig."

The shop is always clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. My daughter is very tender headed and Shauna does very well with washing and combing her hair without any tears."
