"Horrible customer service I was given the wrong order I order rice ."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Poor customer service, person taking phone order not fully understanding nor taking complete order. Food did not come as desired after person on the phone claimed to understand what I wanted. Called back and they were no help & tried to charge me extra for food they never sent me. I will never order again. Chicken was soggy, vegetables placed in food that were not asked for. Disgusting"
"My 3-entree order was delivered to my door 19 minutes after I ordered! Impressive. The fried rice was underwhelming. My hunan chicken was a bit better than average, nice and spicy. The stand-out is the hot and sour soup, though. The last time I remember having h&s soup this good, was like 10 years ago in chinatown. I'll be back for the soup"
