"Do NOT go here. This dentist has no idea what she is doing. I had a filling done and the filling FELL OUT two days later so I went and got it redone AGAIN and here I am 2 months later and it again, has fallen out. Not to mention the quality is just poor. I’m going to pay out of pocket to get this fixed. These Medicaid dentists are terrible, hence why they accept Medicaid. She isn’t a real dentist. A real dentist would never do work this poorly!"

"I head to the dentist office every year for a full checkup. I moved to Long Island and needed a new dentist somewhat local to my residence, so I searched for it online through “Zocdoc” APP. I got my X-rays done at her office and Dr. Najla came to the room and stated that I needed to get two crowns as an emergency. She proceeded to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover them, so I paid cash since it was an emergency. Fast forward I called my insurance and was informed they cover 100% for crowns. The next appointment I informed her, and she submitted the claim for those 2 crowns plus multiple other crowns for approval(Which I did not need). she was pushing for Invisalign which I don’t need either and deep cleaning. The insurance declined all the claims because they reviewed the x-rays and paperwork submitted by Dr. Najla and determined I did not need any crowns. I scheduled an appointment with two other dentist for a second opinion which in fact told me I don’t need any crowns. I had to go back to Dr. Najla office to finish the crown installation since she already shaved 2 of my teeth and installed temporary crowns. I pay for the “Best quality crowns” as per Dr. Najla and once installed she walks out of the room and leaves the office – I look myself in the mirror and notice at the poor quality of crowns – the base shows metal, the top shows metal, they are bulky and I am pretty sure, the amount of pain I am going thru right now will lead to a root canal next; thanks to the awesome job she accomplished. I listen to Dr. Najla guidance as a medical professional, now after the completion of the crowns I reflect how her poor ethics can make patients to lose faith and trust to the medical field as some are so greedy that only care about money regardless of the pain, financial, or future medical damage caused to their patients. Lastly I did completed an after check up with another dentist in regard to the crowns she installed and was Informed because of the poor quality I will need a replacement within the next 3 years."

"Don’t go to this place. For just a couple hundred bucks she drilled my good teeth and filled them up without even asking me before doing it. She told me, I had cavity in 8 of my teeth. She filled up four. But I had my concerns and I went to a different dentist to make sure if I really had cavity. The other dentist confirmed that my teeth were all well and had no cavities at all. Do not recommend this dentist at all. Please do not get trapped. This dentist is a big thief and nothing else."

"Everyone super cautious!!!! Crook dental shop, I went with my family for routine checks with confirm appointments but she denied to see all because she has to leave early. No commitment, professionalism , no sympathy just denial straight from the doctor. Members of my family she saw that day, cleaning took couple of minutes only. Faster then a 25th century robot. And cherry on the cake, just received bill from my insurance, she charged my wife (awaiting rest of bills for my other family members) for root treatment on multiple tooth’s, which she never performed. Awesome! Perfect case of fraud for medical investigators. I am going to complaint to my insurance and to recommend her for in-depth investigations for this fraud shop. Prospective clients, make sure to ask her what she is billing you for on the day of treatment. You will know the surprise later!"
