But I think they are under new management or something because literally every time I call they answer after the second ring. After visiting southwest and experiencing the incredible service from the Manager Carolina, the receptionists and clinical team, that anxiety quickly faded away. They made me feel as if I were family!! My mom was also incredibly pleased they were able to communicate with her in her native language of Spanish so she has insight about my treatment and how to help me care for my braces.
