"This location there Food is always good. There is always a line but service is fast. This is in the heart of downtown Brooklyn so many people eat there. Tables clean. Floors clean over all service was good."
"Great panda express! Fresh and flavorful food with decent fried rice. Lots of staff, quick service! The spicy shrimp was a bit stale, but the broccoli beef was amazing. Can't go wrong with their orange chicken. The place was a bit dirty as well as the outdoor area."
"It’s not bad, but it’s not great. The food quality is good, but the customer service is consistently poor. The Panda Crafted drinks taste watered down, and the only thing consistent about this location is the quality of the food. However, on multiple occasions I’ve been snubbed and disrespected by employees. This coupled with the long lines only makes me want to go there occasionally instead of regularly because I don’t feel comfortable giving my money to a business that constantly behaves negatively towards me and other customers."
"Worst fkkkn place ever!! Beef w broccoli? Just broccoli basically!! Ask girl for greens and she scooped with an attitude. All broccoli only. Noodles and rice old.. scooped only a little bit off food. Didn’t take any panda rewards promos!! Left empty!!"
