"How can a place fail over, and over, and over again and still be in business? My mobile app order was repeatedly canceled within 2 mins of placing it. I will no longer go to pick up food here as it takes WELL OVER AN HOUR for the food to come out. This place should close if they can't improve. There is a great taco place right up the road in bspa where the food comes out in 5-10 mins and is cheaper."
"I put an order in at 11:30pm & my order kept getting delayed. Eventually cancelled my order & drove there myself. When I arrived at the drive thru, they told me there was NO beef, NO chicken, NO steak. The woman was very rude after I asked her what they had available on the menu. She continued to tell me they were closing in 15 mins. No one called or notified me that the order I had placed prior wasn’t going to be available. I should’ve looked at the reviews for this taco bell before placing an order or driving here."
"Every time we go here, there's an issue. This time, we placed an online order and went through the drivethru. When I got to the window, they told me that I needed to go all the way back around because a trainee didn't put my order through when I was at the speaker, and that this was their policy. I refused as there was a long line behind me at this point, and they tried insisting that I move to the back of the line because of a mistake they made and that it was their policy. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and they still got it wrong. When I got my receipt, they marked that I got there 29 minutes later than I did to save their timer. They need entirely new staff if anything will get fixed here."
"After 45 minutes (no joke) this is what we got. Not to mention over 10 cars leaving costing them $ but the workers don’t care at all. The “chips” in the bag was literally supposed to be an order of CHIPS AND CHEESE! Management really needs to get this place together smh. Disappointing. Save your money, take a trip to Clifton park"
