"Foods great , sometimes the servers can make strange eye contact and go to theback of the kitchen and laugh at other customers. Even if the are not customer service is important and looking & acting properly in font of said customers is important so you won't unfortunately bump in to one who might take certain body language wrongly and complain"
"Food is always made fresh sometimes maybe a little over seasoned and undercooked but for the most it’s good. The service is fast some workers have attitudes but the stores are always clean and able to allow customers to dine."
"This location is a mess. They are unprepared for lunch rushes. They need one person to just take care of the floor. It's a filthy mess. Trash overflowing. Food everywhere. They run out of items and are totally not trained well enough to handle a lunch rush. There are so many other options in the area for workers. Use them."
"For the food which I typically enjoy, the price point didn't justify the stoic, unenthusiastic, and poor service. Not only did it feel, rushed and skimpy on the protein, but it felt like they all wanted to be anywhere else but serving people. They were really low on beef, and asked me if I wanted to mix in chicken, so I did, and then pieces of the already low amount of meat were flying off the burrito as it was hurriedly rolled. This chain started as a clean, crisp chain of servers and has devolved to overpriced, underperforming crew, and minimalist portions."
"Now, the people are just doing their jobs. We can’t expect much, it’s a job. What we can expect is the quality of the food and drinks at least be edible. The ice machine didn’t work for months… months. Now, it works and the soda tastes like… nothing. The refreshers taste like warm ooze. It’s disgusting and for $25 the least they can do is give a decent drink. I’m genuinely annoyed it’s horrible."
