The Paper Factory is a locally owned and operated clothing and home goods store located in the heart of Olean, New York. Established in 1987 by Deb VanScoter, this certified Woman Owned Business offers a huge inventory that you have to see to believe. From Christmas and costumes to party supplies, gifts, wedding items, office supplies, art materials, printing services, banners, scouting gear, teacher supplies, and Young Living Essential Oils, we have something for everyone.
Parking is free but limited in the front of the building, so be sure to utilize the back entrance through the Public Parking Lot off of North Barry Street. While the Public Lot is metered, there is plenty of space and easy access. Please note that there is no public parking directly behind our back door.
