"The first time I went here a woman was walking out and announced she was never coming back. That should have been a sign! I have had nothing but horrible service since I needed them and they obviously don't care at all. It's taking me 9 days to get a prescription refilled for a med I have been on for 30 years (not pain med). Still trying to get it. Their first excuse Wednesday, when I called to see where my med was that I called in Monday, I was told NP Melissa doesn't come in until Wed. This facility reminds me of a pickers consignment business but not run as well. Called again Thursday. The phone system had NP Melissa's assistants with someone that no longer works there (smart person). Never sure anyone was getting my messages when receptionist did not answer which was often. The actual employed assistant, per receptionist, had a "daughter in surgery so she must be consumed with her daughters health" (read not mine). Not to seem cold hearted I feel for the mom but that has left me a week without my script which is not supposed to stop. Situation hasn't improved in week two. Then i was told Thursday afternoon they called in script. Woo Hoo...not! CVS had no info on this. Second Monday this doctors office said CVS deleted my prescription and the pharmacist working on it now. I was working and couldnt get into CVS until Tuesday after work. No script. CVS showed a printout that shows all deletions and I am not on the list. I believe CVS. Solution: do not go to North Georgia Family Medicine. I am looking for a doctor who cares. The NP Melissa (and her assistant) can not possible claim to care although very nice when I met her...to make sure I continued this med. My neighbors travel to Blue Ridge (live in Blairsville). I'd rather have no doctor than have to depend on North Georgia Family Medicine. Well, there seems to be no difference. I don't have one that cares anyway."

"We have had Dr. Crystal Gary as our physician probably since she opened her practice. You will never have a physician who cares as much as Dr. Gary. She always responds and goes beyond what you would consider excellent care. I can't say enough."

"Here's the best advice I have to offer Dr. Crystal Gary....do some research on the Rx's Cymbalta/Duloxetine and Lyrica before so readily handing them out and continuing them like candy for people! These prescriptions were given to my mom and continued for 10 years now & have truly done nothing but harm to her! Made an appt with you to wean her off of these drugs & you refused to even come into the room! Where are the ethics and actual "doctoring" abilities? Lack of knowledge within this office is slowly and painfully killing people! Office staff does NOT return phone calls. Rx's are either NOT called in OR called in INCORRECTLY. PA's (in Blue Ridge location) are rude & incompetent. These people are not even aware of medicine interactions when it is YOUR responsibility to check these things! The Gary's raised a stink regarding my dad turning to Hospice! They've gotten my mom ALL messed up with drugs she NEVER EVEN NEEDED but can't JUST QUIT! They've ignored her cry for help to be weaned off these drugs! This office makes the Gary's become very rich people at the expense of their patient's health. SHAME ON THEM!"

"I like Dr Livingston but office staff is either incompetent or just lazy I have called 6 times to get a script for test strips. Last time I spoke with office manager (Beth). She assured me I was were speaking she was sending fax to Wal-Mart. I went to Wal-Mart the next day to pickup strips, you guessed it never faxed. I will be calling again on Monday and mice will no longer be present. 6 times I have called. Also my blood pressure medicine was recalled due carcinogenic being present. I called for Dr Livingston to prescribed new med and was told just to monitor my blood pressure. I said if I do not need a blood pressure medicine then why wad it prescribed in the first place. I was told to make an appointment and take up with Dr Livingston. It was just prescribed to me in May. I am not sure Dr Livingston ever received my message. Pharmacist at Wal-Mart said FDA recommends doctor prescribing a new medication."

"The Doctors are good, the office staff is the WORST. It is a new and clean facility but I have had a terrible time getting RX renewals. It is a dog fight, between the pharmacy and doctors office, each blaming the other. They never give an apology just an excuse. It took a month to get a glucose monitoring system, 4 trips to the pharmacy and 3 to the doctors office, and more phone calls than I can count....And they don't think that they have a problem."
