"My Toyota was in a brutal hailstorm, and two insurance agents said they'd never seen a car damaged so severely by such weather. The golf-ball sized hail dented the entire top of the car and the mental strips lining the windows, so much so that the roof and hood had to be replaced. Jim, James, and their "top flight" crew at Top Shop did a phenomenal job at the insurance company's stated price. No nickle-and-diming, no games, just highly professional work. Top Shop went above-and-beyond the hail damage to fix a broken side mirror, repair a small dent on the driver's side door, and repaint the entire car, including the right rear panel that had been scratched by another driver some years ago--all at no additional cost. Further, the entire interior was clean as a whistle. My 2015 Camry looks brand-new. I've gone to Top Shop for years but always for something relatively minor. For this major repair, Top Shop deserves 5+ stars. I don't have to think about going elsewhere when car damage is involved. . . . Bruce"

I spoke with Jim the owner and he got me in immediately to take a look at my car. He wrote up a claim that same day, so they were able to work on it while I was away.
