"IM BEING IGNORED I WANT MY MONEY BACK I ASKED FOR PLATINUM BLONDE, NOT ORANGE I SPENT $145 IM SPENDING ANOTHER $100 TOMORROW AT A DIFFERENT SALON.. YOU DIDNT LIFT IT ENOUGH AND NOW I CANT GET HIGHLIGHTS AGAIN BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO OVER PROCESS THE BOTTOM HALF OF MY HAIR! YOU RUINED MY SELF CONFIDENCE!!!! NO, I WILL NO GO TO THE SHOP TO HALF SOMEONE “FIX IT” FOR THE 3RD TIME!!! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT!!!!!!!"

"I went in very last minute, requesting my usual, platinum, blonde, full head highlight. The first stylist said the lighting was bad so it’s not gonna look as platinum as I want. And she had no idea what she was doing with the diffuser. I told her to soak my head because I’m leaving with a wet head. -I was very angry The second stylist made me feel better when she made it sound like she knew I was looking for platinum blonde She was the 4th stylist I told, Platinum blonde. Marilyn Monroe blonde. They were refusing to give me my money back. I spent $145 on hair I absolutely HATE. You guys will never touch my hair again and if I don’t get a refund I’m reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. Going to spend another $100 to correct this… my ORANGE HAIR is an embarrassment I WANT MY MONEY BACK"

"Went in to get my hair colored. Went trying to go from a red/brown/ blonde fall mix to blonde. Alma did an absolutely amazing job! She was able to get me almost exactly where I wanted to be with me color even with all the red in my hair. Everyone was skeptical of it could be accomplished but I was so impressed with the results. 100% recommend"

"1st visit: Went on recommendation of a friend. Woman at front desk was not directly unfriendly, nor was she welcoming. Stylist and I had a consultation. She washed, cut and styled my hair as we chatted - very friendly. Haircut was more even than what I had but wasn’t quite what I wanted despite showing her some photos. I considered it acceptable as stylist and I were new to one another. 2nd visit: Called ahead to make sure of my stylist’s hours. Arrived 90 minutes before her “end time” but she had left early. Drove there for nothing. 3rd visit: Same stylist sat me in her chair, cut my hair dry - no wash, no wet cut, no styling. I’d be surprised if I sat for 15 minutes total and I looked the same as when I walked in despite, again, showing pictures and explaining. I got charged the same amount as visit #1. This stylist has many years’ experience and seemed knowledgeable but clearly couldn’t give me a basic layered cut. There are better options, even other Fantastic Sam’s locations closer to my home. Sadly, I won’t return."
