"I found my new nail salon in the area. After a bad experience at another local nail spot, I made an appointment at Queen house. I arrived for my 1 pm appointment for a gel fill and was seen within a few minutes. The owner was my nail technician and was very friendly and explained that they do appointments only to ensure there is no overbooking or waiting due to walk ins (although they will take them if there’s time in the schedule). Jason did a great job, pricing was great without quality being compromised. I will be back when I’m in the area."
"My friend and I have been looking for a new place after some disappointment and the staff at queen house did not let us down. The fact that they operate by appointment only makes ALL the difference. They are staffed, and know what’s coming. It takes away the frantic atmosphere of trying to fit in walk-ins around appointments and makes it a relaxing experience. We were a few minutes early and were seated almost immediately. I had the same tech (Summer) from beginning to end for a pedicure and ANC and it was phenomenal. The works. Neck and shoulder massage, real cuticle care and not just a rushed job. Absolutely will be a repeat customer here. This is what is SHOULD be like!"
