"Dr. MacGregor is an example of how all Dr's should be. He doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience and rush through your appointment so he can get out early and hit the golf course. He explains every little step he's going to do and doesn't use difficult medical terms. He will break down the prices of everything before he begins so there are no surprises. His staff is extremely friendly and professional. They all seem to have chemistry and work together like a team. They do not eccept my insurance, but still submitted everything to them for me. This is my second procedure with Great Lakes. The last one was a tooth extraction and the recent was an implant with bone graft. Both times were painless. No pain meds necessary. Unfortunately Google only allows 5 stars."

"The hidden gem of Fulton! A very professional staff. Dr. MacGregor is one of the best I have dealt with hands down. I felt no pain getting the novocaine and he explained every step of the procedures. I have had two exctractions, bone grafts and an implant installed. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. It is worth the drive to Fulton. The office waiting room is one of the nicest waiting rooms I have ever been in; feels like a warm family livingroom."

"I have had a serious fear of the dentist for 30 yrs, so bad that my teeth were in really bad shape. 3 broken and a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted immediately. I had spent years sick from infections, then the pandemic, then wait lists after offices started opening. I am new to the area and Great Lakes got me in really quickly. I explained how nervous I was and that I couldn't do it without general anesthesia. They were all kind, understanding, and most importantly DIDN'T judge me. I felt completely at ease the day of my procedure, they explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I'm so grateful I found a team that could deal with my issues and phobia. Aftercare explanation was thorough and they made sure I knew I could call with any concerns. I had a wonderful experience and everyone there is A++. My husband will be going next."

"This place is amazing!!! I normally get anxious when I go to a dentist but this time I got anxious for nothing because the entire staff including the oral surgeon was so nice and calming. I was in and out in less than an hour and it was a wisdom tooth that broke that had to be pulled. I seriously can’t say enough good things about my experience. They also told me beforehand how much I was going to have to pay out of pocket because my insurance did not participate with them. Best money I ever spent at any dentist/oral surgeon!"

"Please look else where if you are in need of oral surgery - I wish I did. This was the first surgery I ever had in my life, the first time I used my own dental insurance and these people did not let me know after the consultation that my insurance would not cover the operation. I have to pay out of pocket for a $3,000 surgery. When I HAVE insurance. It is very upsetting that they are so irresponsible and uncaring of a patients financial standing."
