"Can’t answer a phone before 10 minute waits and always has the wrong phone number, email, and contact info on my daughter. I have to confirm appointments on a website that I made with MY co tact information but still some how has other peoples information. Phone numbers that aren’t mine. Every appointment I change it on their paper but every appointment I have to do this and I still never get email or text updates I need. The doctors and nurse staff are professional and excellent. Their schedule staff and computer stuff are just ruining it."
