"Finally found a nail place that I loveeee! My technician really took her time to understand my needs and she even cleaned my nails underneath, which not a lot of places do unless you specifically ask. It’s been 3 weeks since I got my powder nails and there’s no chip. Highly recommend this spot!"

"I have been to this place only three times. My first application of dip powder (first ever mind you) looked nice but cracked and lifted a day after and then more days to follow. They did a decent job on my daughters mani pedi but made her wait a while for her appt. I get she’s only 4 but she shouldn’t have had to wait nearly 40 min the very first time we were there when an appt was made. And they said they couldn’t find it for her but only me. My second application nothing lifted but all cracked and chipped terribly. I’m not rough with my Hans so I’m not sure why it did that. On my third time there, they lost my two appts for my daughter and I and my nails did not come out so great either. The color was pretty though. I had made my appts 2 weeks in advance. And then checked my appts only 3 days prior and everything was still in place. I arrived with my daughter on time and they could not find us anywhere in the book. Super weird. Two times they messed up our appts. I only go here so the guy asked me if maybe I called a diff place. However, I only go here and I spoke to HIM on the phone!!! When Lilly did my nails one started to break (my pinky) so a tip was put on it to even them all out. On my left hand the pinky nail was super painful bc it was left on this weird upward slant. I’m not sure how that was even possible to achieve but it happened. It forced my nail to bend backwards and had get it fixed by a totally different salon the next morning bc it hurt so much and it couldn’t stay that way. Fashion nails and spa told me it was the fault of my own nail but mine don’t bend like that. It’s never looked that way before. Unfortunately at the new salon my entire nail had to be cut off bc of the damage done to my nail. I will post pictures of the before and after. The before shows what happened after Lilly did my nails, and the before was done at Merrick crystal nails. I should’ve had Maggie who does really nice work but know until after the fact. Either way I won’t be coming back. I suggest going to Merrick crystal nails. They don’t give you rude looks and make you feel stupid for asking nails to not be filed on a slant or have them stick up straight in the air where it hurts A LOT!! I will NOT be retuning. I’m quite annoyed."

"This is the only nail salon that I have consistently stayed with for a few years now, and I go about once a month, maybe more. There is a high level of professionalism, they run on time, and they do not overbook. I was particularly impressed during covid when they turned people away for being too busy and did not want to overcrowd.. Meanwhile, a place nearby had a dozen people crammed together in their waiting area! (pictures of nails were done by Maggie!)"
