"For 20 years I follow my stylist. Ralph!!. He foils a whole head of hair under 45 min. I spend 1 1/2 hr for foil, cut & blow-dry. He is affordable and never let down. I live in South Florida and it takes some stylists over 3 hrs to do that and charge high prices. Wjy it takes so long is beyond me.. So when I travel to long Island my 1st stop is my haurcutter!!! Thanks always for great cut & color of how I like it!!"
