"I've had 50+ eyebrow laminations in my life and never had an issue until I came here. I don't know if it's the products they use for the lamination but wow, my eyebrows did NOT tolerate it. I had I believe 4 laminations and with each one, I got the same result - extremely dried out, hard, kinky eyebrow hairs. I religiously used the after care product that they sell and it did not help at all. When I mentioned the issue to the woman there, she said it's just the texture of my eyebrow hairs. Completely false. This has NEVER been an issue in my life so clearly it's the products being used or they are over processing them. If you value your brows do yourself a favor and don't go here."
"The staff was friendly but for $40 for eyebrows the threader made me feel bad for asking her to fix them how I like. They somehow look worse than when I walked in."
"I just got my eyebrows done here and the woman told me her credit card machine wasn't working and wanted cash. I didn't have my wallet, only Apple Pay but suddenly she had her venmo QR code as her background. She also required me to write my full name, email and phone number down cause it was my first time there then she charged me $25 for a quick cleanup on my eyebrows. Absolute rip off."
