"Place looks clean. Gel manicure started chipping within 4 days which is not normal even when I do my own gel nails. So not worth the money. Staff was nice & didnt wait long for the service."

"The salon is wonderful. It will be my new go to. Mia did my nail extensions and a magnificent design much better than any of the local salons were able to do in this neighborhood. I also just had a pedicure and it was great. They actually have a steam machine that steams your feet and legs while you’re getting a massage!"

"I wish you were able to leave two separate reviews for different services. First off booking the appointments is super convenient and easy through Fresha, enjoyed that experience. The receptionist was wonderful and explained the whole lash procedure and walked me through the steps. I got my lash extensions done with Monica and absolutely loved it! Monica was wonderful, super gentle and efficient with the whole process. And then everything went downhill from there. Manicure and Pedicure was not worth it or at least not with the person that did mine, maybe if you get a different person it may be a better experience. I showed my reference photo and told them I wanted it exactly as shown in the photos but with my natural nails (no acrylics) and I did not mind that it was going to be shorter (due to my natural nails not being as long as the reference photo). First, the color was completely off (they showed me the color of the polish in the beginning and I was like “oh that looks a little too bright” but they reassured me that it wouldn’t dry as bright/neon as the polish looked out of the bottle; it definitely ended up drying exactly like how the polish looked in the bottle. While I sat there I was thinking “just trust the process, they know what they’re doing” but I don’t think he did at all. Two of my nails were not suppose to have the same base color and for some reason they didn’t even follow the design at all, even though he looked at the reference photo multiple time. If you are unable to do a design because it’s too intricate or something, just let me know so I can either choose something more simple or have someone that can actually do deigns, do my nails. The flower design that they drew didn’t even look like a flower. I also don’t think they knew I understood Mandarin, as I spoke English throughout the appointment, but I heard the person doing my nails talk with another guy next to him and was like “how much do I charge for a nail design?” And the other guy responded with “Usually $5, but do you think that designs worth $5” even his work mate didn’t even believe the design he did was worth anything. It also seems like they didn’t paint close enough to my cuticles as it already looks like it’s been growing out for a few days. I added photos of the reference photos and then the nails I received as well as the pedicure. I don’t think I’ll be back, lashes were wonderful, but mani and pedi really threw off the whole experience."

"I had a great first experience here! Their building is clean, brand new, quiet, and everyone was friendly. I got a massage at the end of my mani pedi and also got a foot massage which was fabulous! Will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for having me"
