"Left the place crying. Made an appointment ahead of time because my sister used this place all the time and loves it. Let them know what I needed (roots, full hair dye etc) so they actually booked it earlier than planned to give them enough time to do it. I show up and sit down and the hair stylist tells me she can’t do it because it would take so long. When I asked why they didn’t factor that into booking she just kept telling me it would take too long so she didn’t have time. I left crying from the experience. I was polite and very kind but it was very confused and upsetting to make an appointment then be told no even after giving them a heads up on what I wanted to do. I’m never going back there again. I’m sure it’s just one worker and not the entire place as my sister loves the person she works with, but it was such a bad experience I can’t risk that again."

"I went to get a Magic Sleek treatment on April 8 2023. Person I was hoping to see was booked, place was recommended to me by a friend. Who always comes in looking lovely with her haircuts on her hair dye. I did speak to the owner with my friend on the phone, and I called the next day to see if I could come in to see someone or who is. Skilled at this treatment process, she recommended Teresa. Teresa's a lovely person. However, I was later informed that she does great hair coloring on people, which is her specialty, which is perfectly fine. It's great everyone has a specialty, but don't say she can do magic silk. Treatment process? Because. She's. I'm not skilled at it. I wasted $300. 00 on the treatment. I was told I would never have to use a heating iron to straighten my hair. The freeziness will be gone. I did not wash my hair immediately. I washed it 3 days after the treatment, and my hair looks exactly the same way that I came in except soft frizzy and N not straight at all. I wish I never got this treatment done. I wasted $300 that I could be used for something more important. I am highly disappointed as the owner says everyone is great at doing everything no. They're not people have their specialties, and you should emphasize the specialties of the people that you work for you because they represent you don't falsely say. They're good at everything when they're not. And this is why I never go to hair salons. I don't trust them because if they cut too much hair off or they give you a bad treatment. You're lost out of so much money, and then you have to deal with the consequences after the fact."
