"I've been coming here for as long as I remember. Recently I came in to get a color done, I wasn't so satisfied, but I let it go because I understood the circumstances. Now 2 days later, my hair turns green. Obviously I had a problem with that. I called them, to see what could've been done. I specifically asked for the manager. Nothing was done. Now I'm stuck with green hair and I left them a good amount of money for nothing."
