"I saw Dr. Koa today for a root canal eval. He was friendly and took time to answer my questions. His assistant (hygienist?) Nicole was wonderful. Sweet and personable. I did have insurance questions that the front desk was unable to answer, but I guess we shall see what happens. Wish I could say I'm looking forward to going back, but hey, it's a root canal."
