"I went to see Dr Cerny today because I fell and hit my front teeth! I can’t say enough how kind Dr Cerny and all the staff were to me! I thought I needed some bonding done where my veneer has chipped, as it turns out my tooth was broken and I now need to have it replaced. The entire staff was so professional by getting me in to see an oral surgeon ASAP and making the best of an extremely upsetting day for me! Dr Cerny is a very compassionate person! I have spent my entire career in dentistry so I know how important knowledge and compassion is in this field! I would HIGHLY recommend this office!"

"Where do I start. Extensive issues with booking appointments. Constantly rescheduling due to sick hygienists ect. Mis booking appointments. No online portal to manage medical history, scheduling, ect leading to countless issues while checking into appointments. My whole family came to this dental practice for 6 years- no more. I haven’t had a cleaning the entire year due to rescheduling on the offices end. Hire more staff or stop taking clients you aren’t able to service adequately. Where are the great dental hygienists that used to be with your practice? Replaced with know-it-alls with poor disposition."
