Dr. Chow had great bedside manner and explained to me in detail what I was doing right, what could be improved upon and potential issues that could arise in the future (without trying to push any treatments). The cleaning was thorough, but not painful at all. The staff was friendly and the facilities are very modern/clean. You can even watch your favorite show on Netflix during the treatment.
