"Poor language miscommunications...Language barrier causes misunderstandings. They need to be able to communicate to clients to cater to their needs. Services are just sub par. I dont think its super sanitary either. The owner talks Chinese under her breath and make every feel uncomfortable."
"One of the worst mani/pedis I have ever received. She tried to file off my cuticles and made me bleed. The skin along the sides of your nail she didn't touch. I ended up with many hangnails and dry cracked skin around each nail. I basically had to clean up my cuticles myself when I got home. My favorite part the massage was the worst ever. Don't think they realize you have 5 fingersshe barely even touched 2 of them; she didn't even rub the lotion in. As for the pedicure. Repeat above."
