"I had a tooth filling done on January 28, 2023, and it was a good job. However, I had a terrible experience with the service provided by the front desk. Initially, they took $400 in cash before filing a claim with my dental insurance. When I requested a receipt for this payment, they informed me that they couldn't issue one as it would prevent them from filing the claim. They even told me that issuing a receipt for cash payment is against the law! After some persuasion, they eventually agreed to proceed with the claim as my insurance was supposed to cover it. However, it has now been two months, and my insurance still hasn't received the claim, while the doctor's claim has already been paid. When I called to follow up, the receptionist at first refused to send my claim by fax, and then reluctantly agreed to do so, stating that they would only try one more time to send it. Is this a professional way to treat a patient? I just can't trust these clerks"

"Have been going here for many years and just visited today for an xray and cleaning. Never had a problem, and staff and dentist are nice, friendly and super efficient. I don't remember the last time I had to wait long. Place and bathroom are clean, and they have a water cooler."

"This place is a scam. They told my grandpa that insurance doesn't pay enough for dental extractions and that if he wanted to get the extractions he would need to pay an additonal $30 per a tooth for extractions on top of what the insurance reimburses. When my grandpa paid them the front desk refused give him a receipt. I would stay away from here at all cost."

"The dental assistant clearly did not know what she was talking about and interpreted x-ray (which she is not supposed to do). She made up some imaginery anatomical changes that sounded ridiculous to me as a medical student. She also flossed super hard before realizing a problem and just said "ohh I didn't see that." Dentist barely saw me for 2 min and charged for the consultation fee. No explanation from the dentist about the condition whatsoever."

"I have been coming this super nice dentist nearly Two decades. I work in Manhattan so in the past I have gone some fancy dentists in the cit here and there, but none of them are as nice as here. Yes interior and facades are not like those fancy dentists, but they care patients and they have been providing incredible jobs at least for me. They even fixed the bad jobs that I was treated from those Manhattan dentists. And also the receptionists are very knowledgeable, super friendly!"
