"The worst run, most disorganized dental practice! ! 8 months to get our kids medical file. A practice (where there is a constant turnover of employees) where a receptionist, instead of the actual dentist, calls you back with medical advise rather than an appt or the Dr. After our release for medical records was sent in May, They sent just one set of X-rays with no names or dates and nothing else . Then after informing them about sending the rest of our kids medical history, after 8 months, we finally get our drs notes that were just typed up today, conveniently added to their notes to cover themselves that they sent the medical file in March when in fact a release wasn’t signed until May. Had they sent something in March it wouldn’t have taken so long to get our entitled medical file. I shouldn’t have had to threaten a practice that they should be subject to disciplinary action by the New York State Health Department in order to get my kids medical history. As good as you bill, you should also keep a correct and updated log of all your visits so your patients, don’t need to wait 8 months and potentially impeded on their health. Shame on you!"

"I am so grateful to have found this office for my toddler and I. The front desk/office staff is incredibly welcoming and thorough in their work. It is clear this is a family run business because they all individually pour tremendous love into running the show. Dr. Nazli Diba works with my two year old. She is extremely friendly makes him feel comfortable. While I was being treated, the front desk staff cared after my son. Her husband handled my care. I have had major dental work done previously and he addressed his continued concerns. He had his team immediately book future care in sessions that best fit my schedule. There was no wait time. Office was clean and staff was just amazing! I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends."
