"Esmeralda did such a fantastic job, she is truly a colorimetry artist. I took my mom for a appointment and we both were very insecure because Gina, the owner, wasn’t available to do her hair - and my mom wanted to get rid of her black hair (hard ask). Esmi, on the other hand, showed herself pretty accommodating and confident and did a extraordinary job. My mom even cried when she saw the result. I’m now a big fan of Esmeralda’s work.
