"If I could give 10 stars I would. My 7 year old daughter had an amazing experience getting her ears pierced. Everyone was kind, it was a happy and celebratory atmosphere. The store was spotlessly clean. She was treated like a princess. I shared that she had waited a long time to have her ears pierced because she had gone through chemotherapy and had to wait. The nurse and the entire staff treated her as if they knew her forever. Her nurse was patient and explained everything in detail to her. She made sure she was comfortable and at ease before she began. The piercing took no time, but the experience will be with us forever!! THANK YOU!!"

"I got piercings on my upper lobe and couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Rowan for anyone looking for a memorable, safe, and trustworthy piercing experience. 10/10. The beautiful studio has a large variety of stylish and sterile jewelry to choose from. This location offers the option to pierce with a needle or a hand-pressurized device. I opted for piercing with the device due to a quicker healing time (4 weeks), even though the flat back jewelry for needle piercings is truly exquisite. The licensed nurse made me feel right at home and helped ease my nerves. She marked my piercing placement, to make sure I was completely satisfied, prior to piercing - which was surprisingly painless. Afterwards, she provided me with aftercare information and a kit to take home. I also got the advanced aftercare solution and ear pillow (since I am a side sleeper).
