Dental365 - Bellmore

"I hate to post something bad but this needs to be addressed, I went into the office without appointment the staff was excellent. My tooth was killing me it was infected. Ive had an infection before and the protocol is to take antibiotic till the infection goes away. Instead the doctor wants it pulled!! i told her no surgeon will pull a tooth while its infected. She insisted I get it pulled. Wouldn't let me leave without making an appointment to have it removed! Made me leave with no antibiotics. I called my surgeon and he prescribed the antibiotics and in one day the infection started going away and I was feeling better. Oh and i never had the tooth pulled and this was a month ago!!! Jeeze I know more than the doctor? that's scary!!! Be careful going there get a second opinion if what they ask you to do seems a little evasive."

"I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with everyone at Dental 365 in Bellmore! Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians and all the very knowledgeable and caring doctors, cares about their patients. I had to have very extensive dental work done - extractions, root canal, implants, bridgework, etc. I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed at any dental office than here. Everyone truly cares about you and wants to be sure you are comfortable and happy with the results. I would highly recommend this practice for any dental work of any kind (my son who is terrified of doctors), had to have a root canal done. He was very impressed and comfortable with the entire process!"

"The entire dental 365 staff at Bellmore is incredible. They are kind, professional, and made me feel so at ease during my wisdom tooth removal. I was greeted with a smile from the front desk, and those smiles continued as I met Dr. O’Rourke And his assistants. Dr. O’Rourke explained the procedure and then he described the things he was doing and what I would feel as the procedure continued. He was gentle, and my recovery was easy. If you ever need an oral surgeon, he would be the doctor. I would advise you to say. I would highly recommend this office."

"I highly recommend. I went to the Bellmore office. I loved finding a dentist available on a Sunday! Front desk woman was so nice and pleasant. My dentist, Dr. O’Rourke was very nice and explained everything. His dental assistant was also very nice. Not only did I love how quickly they got me in,I still can’t emphasize enough how pleasant everybody was. I’ve gone into medical offices where people are rude or not personable. Which as a patient can make you more nervous and uncomfortable."
