The staff took the time to make me feel comfortable, understand what's going on and they've made all my visits amazing considering the fear I once had. They took the time to go over all of my needs in terms of clinically and financially. From my 1st experience to my current experiences, they've been truly amazing! On the day of my appointment I signed in and was seen promptly. The doctor as well as well as the whole staff were very professional. I highly recommend this office. "Will not be returning. Had a 1 o’clock appointment and checked in at 12:50. By 1:40 I was still in the waiting room while every other person that just came in went in front of me. Staff was too busy talking about something they saw on the news. Finally I went over and it seems like they forget to let the hygienist know I was there. Took me in at 2 when they were technically closed. Waited 15 minutes. People kept waking in to use the computer behind me and just ignoring me.Then Doctor comes in and was like are you waiting for something? Yeah my cleaning. Guy finally comes in and does the fastest roughest cleaning I’ve ever received. Don’t book a Saturday appointment because they overbook and rush you. Left at 2:30"
