Aspen Dental - Webster, NY

"DO NOT GO TO ANY ASPEN DENTAL ITS A SCAM!!! If you read others experience it’s all the same, you go in for a cleaning you’re there for several hours & you leave without a cleaning. I just wanted a simple cleaning & after being in the office for 2 hours they informed me that I wouldn’t be getting my teeth cleaned & that I have gingivitis. In order to get a simple tooth cleaning I would have to schedule 2 appointments prior costing over $500 to get rid of gingivitis. I got a second opinion from a real dentist & they said I do not in fact have gingivitis but I do have a cavity that Aspen dental never mentioned. This place just wants your money go to a local dentist. They also told me it would take 10 business days to send my x-rays to a new dentist, everything about this company is fishy save yourself the trouble & go local!"

"The lady that was doing my ex-ray was terrific and very patient, dentist came in did my exam and said everything was good, hygienist came and said I have bone that I need to do a deep clean, I refused and asked for just regular clean, they said nop, they wouldn’t schedule me for that, I Said good bye and left. I trust the dentist more than the hygienist."

"Update: Just went for my cleaning and have never experienced such a painful cleaning experience (I brush & floss every single day). Already switching to another dentist and will not be back. The one plus to this entire experience was the staff. They were very kind the entire time. However, I spent 1.5 hours in this office for a check-up, and majority of the time was spent sitting in the back by myself waiting to be treated. Also, in all of my experiences with dental visits, the check-up includes a cleaning. Here? You spend 1.5 hours for x-rays and a check-up, and then have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning,."

"I only went for initial consultation for a treatment plan. Seems ok but still uncertain waiting to receive a second consultation from a different practice. Update: 2/8/2024 I always tend to research any doctors before receiving services and when I asked for the doctors name that would be doing the work and I wasn’t provided the information. I was informed that the doctor goes by Dr. U in which that was a red flag for me! I received two other dental consultations from different practices in which they both aligned and provided me with a more concise consultation that provided me with transparency and a longevity dental plan for my situation. I would recommend for anyone to receive a second opinion and I’m glad I did."
