"Surprise costs that you aren't told about ahead of time when they are the reason you are in pain to begin with. I had a cavity filled that I didn't even know I had and wasn't in any pain. I went back three times because they could not level it correctly apparently, it was hurting to the point that I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth for months. One of the girls finally offered to put something on the tooth that could help with the pain. It worked but then I was hit with an obnoxiously large bill. Had I known I would have said no, Dr. G can continue to fix the mistake that he made at his expense. I was offered a payment plan which I accepted and instead of following through with that, they have continuously harrassed me every month saying they need money, so every month we go through the same payment plan conversation."
